I have recently taken over our guest house and was contacted by a member of their sales team who understood my requests and acted in my best interest. Allowing me to pay via DD as apposed to yearly installments. A small figure spread evenly over 12 months with no additional charges. Great team, good company.

Renewal phonecalls are often a drag, however Ben makes the experience light hearted and fun, whilst remaining to be professional in every way. He drives a hard bargain but is always willing to go above and beyond. Very happy with the service to date.
